Our Boutique Charcuterie Board features an unparalleled selection of high-quality cheeses, charcuterie and premium accompaniments sourced from around the globe. 

  • 5 Specialty Cheeses: These premium cheeses are truly the star of this board and have been thoughtfully hand-selected by us for the holiday season, so we want to truly highlight each of them:
    • Chevronne: A mild, soft Brie-style cheese made with pasteurized goat milk.
    • Mountainoak Gold: High quality, full flavored farmstead gouda that exudes hints of butterscotch and caramel.
    • Mouton Noir: Semi-soft, non-surface ripened cheese. Under its edible protective black rind is a white, smooth and creamy interior with a mildly acidic taste.   
    • Baluchon: Pink-orange rind and a supple, smooth paste. Has an aroma of sweet grass and butter with a hint of the farm and tastes of butter, cream and hazelnut
    • Wildwood: Made from unpasteurized cows milk, amber crust, creamy and rich mouthfeel

  • 3 Types of Charcuterie: German-Style Pork-Based Salami with a buttery texture coated in crushed black peppercorn, Hot Cacciatore (old fashioned dry cured salami that packs a good punch) and Westphalian Ham (Olivia's favourite; dry cured and then smoked over a mix of Beechwood and Juniper branches) 

  • Our House-Made Rosemary Focaccia: Made by us in-house every morning! The only charcuterie company in Canada to do so

  • Accompaniments: Fig Jam, House-Marinated Olives, Artisan Crackers, Dried Fruit, Assorted Nuts, Honeycomb, Herbs & Garnish.

  • Grapes, Seasonal Fruit & Florals

Gluten Free: Our fresh focaccia and artisan crackers will be replaced with gluten-free bread and gluten-free crackers.

Non-Pork: Our standard cured meats (pork) will be replaced with turkey, chicken and/or beef.

Vegan: All non-vegan ingredients (cheese, dips, meats, chocolate) will be replaced with vegan cheeses and additional fruit & vegetables.

We have partnered with a third-party delivery company that hand-delivers our products with the utmost professionalism and care. We offer delivery Tuesday to Saturday between 11:00 and 4:00. Please select "Express Delivery By Noon" if you require delivery by noon.
